	Advertising for research associates is so foreign to the
informal way I have used to get people whose PhD theses impress
me that I fear I will have to abandon hiring research associates.
I detect no trace of shame or apology in your creating yet another
bureaucratic requirement.  Incidentally, it's principal investigator.
